Background :
Human Capital System Product is a comprehensive solution that enhances the management of human resources within an organization. It streamlines various HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. With the Human Capital System, organizations can effectively track and analyze employee data, automate administrative tasks, and improve overall HR efficiency. Additionally, the system provides valuable insights and reports that enable organizations to make data-driven decisions and optimize their workforce. Project Goals
The Human Capital System product strives to streamline HR processes, expedite talent acquisition, boost employee engagement, and unlock data-driven decision-making, ultimately propelling business growth through a more efficient, satisfied, and optimized workforce.
Phase 1
In this phase, we carry out a similar platform development that allows user flow from users to be easily understood. As a result of our research, we can find similar platforms including Asana, ClickUp, and Notion.
Why are these platforms similar? because the platform can create different user roles if given access.
Phase 2
After doing research on similar platforms, we start to put together a design system for the platform we want to create. The methodology we use also uses Atomic design to make it easier for developers and shorten processing time.
Phase 3
Then we design the wireframe at the same time according to each user role.
NB: I can't show all the wireframes because too many wireframes can crash my laptop :) & also the NDA Project.
Conclusion
This project was a project that was a little confusing at first. After spending several weeks, this project was delivered according to our expectations, although during the process of making it there were many sudden changes, but the team and I did it quickly and optimally.
Also, users are not too confused when using it, because it has similarities to platforms that already exist and are widely used.
