As a Product Manager, I led the project to enhance the Englishvit website, including redesigning the promo page to improve objective was to create a more engaging and efficient user experience to boost user engagement, maximize conversions, and strengthen the Englishvit brand image.

Problem Statement (Before Redesign)

  • Unappealing Design: The previous design lacked professionalism and had minimal visual elements.

  • Suboptimal Navigation: Promo information was poorly structured, making it difficult for users to access.

  • Weak Call-to-Action (CTA): The CTA buttons were not prominent and failed to encourage user actions effectively.


Key Changes in the Redesign (After)

  • Professional Visual Design: Enhanced visuals with vibrant colors, modern illustrations, and consistent branding.

  • Clear Information Structure: Daily promos are displayed in card format with promo codes and quotas, making them easier to understand and choose.

  • Countdown Timer: Added a timer to create urgency and motivate users to act quickly.

  • Improved CTA Buttons: Strategically placed “View Details” and “Chat with Admin Now” buttons with contrasting colors for higher visibility.

  • Mobile-Friendly Optimization: Responsive design ensures a seamless user experience across all devices.
